■Product description
The magnetostrictive sensor model FLM-H was designed specifically for the requirements of the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and biotech industries. The sensor is particularly suitable for CIP/SIP cleaning processes where special conditions such as cleaning water and high temperatures are required for chemical stability purposes, for example. The guide tube is welded directly to the process connection, eliminating the need for gap filling or additional sealing.
The sensor is available with a DC voltage of 10 ... 30 V. Regarding the output signal, 4 ... 20 mA or 4 ... 20 mA with HART® signal is also available. The sensor housing is hygienically designed and can meet the protection rating of IP68, making it a safe product even when used in areas exposed to water splash during external cleaning or in high humidity environments.
The model FLM-H sensor meets the high demands of sanitary applications. This product complies with the 3-A standard of third-party certification, and is also certified to the latest version of 3-A.
