The superior design and superior functionality of the WIKA switch family has already been proven by the PSD-30 pressure switch winning the "2009iF Product Design Award". The robust LED display is designed with 9mm tall letters (where possible) and a slight slope to make reading the temperature as easy as possible from a distance. It uses a 14-segment display with clear text display.
Three key buttons and easy-to-use menu navigation allow for easy setup without the need for a manual. Menu navigation is created according to the latest version of the VDMA standard. The VDMA standard for fluid sensors (24574-2, part-2-temperature switches) aims to simplify the use of temperature switches by standardizing menus and displays.
The control keys are made as large as possible and are ergonomically arranged for quick and easy setup. While driving, no additional operations are required other than simple button operations.
■Custom settings
TSD-30 can be flexibly adapted to suit individual installation and installation situations. The display and case can be rotated more than 300 degrees, almost a complete rotation, so the display can be adjusted independently of the electrical connections. The display can be adjusted to ensure operator visibility at all times, and the M12 x 1 connector can be positioned to suit the required cable routing.
■High quality
In the process of developing switch-related products suitable for machine tool applications, we focused on durable design and appropriate material selection. For this reason, stainless steel is used for the case and electrical connection ports. Over-tightening or over-tightening or falling off the connector is unlikely.
■IO-Link
Optional output signals that comply with the IO-Link communication standard make the TSD-30 a modern automated system for fast integration. The IO link makes the TSD-30 a product with faster installation, parameterization, and higher functionality.
