These high quality temperature switches are specially developed for safety-critical applications. High quality and ISO 9001 compliant manufacturing ensure reliable monitoring in your plant. Every step of the manufacturing process is traced using quality verification software and is 100% tested.
To ensure as flexible an operation as possible, the temperature switch has an integrated microswitch that can be opened and closed by a direct electrical load up to 250 V AC, 5 A. Lower switching power ratings such as for PLC applications: Microswitches with gold-plated contacts can be selected as an option.
The measuring element and the spiral armor of the capillary are made of stainless steel. Additionally, the Belleville spring's snap action improves stability and vibration resistance. Model TXS temperature switches are extremely rugged and guarantee optimal operating characteristics for confined spaces with repeatability of less than 1% of the span.

・Setting range can be set from -15 ... +20 C to 180 ... 250 C
・Compatible with intrinsically safe explosion-proof Ex ia
・With 1 contact, SPDT, maximum value AC250V, and high switching power, it can be used up to AC250V and 15A.
・Direct or remote mounting for capillary lengths up to 10m
