About This Product

■Product description

This thermocouple is designed to be connected directly into tanks or piping. We have a standard lineup of products compatible with DIN flanges and ASME flanges. This thermometer is suitable for temperature measurement in general-purpose processes (processes that do not require extreme mechanical loads or corrosive properties). Model TW40 protection tubes are manufactured by welding and are equipped with threads for connection to thermometers. The standard is made of stainless steel and is suitable for use in general chemical plants. It can also be optionally coded for improved corrosion resistance or durability in situations where abrasive particles are present in the fluid. The thermocouple is located inside the protection tube, so it can be replaced without affecting the plant. Therefore, they can be replaced even during plant operation, improving maintainability. Various insertion lengths can be selected, but by standardizing the insertion length, customers can standardize spare parts and shorten delivery times. When ordering, you can select the insertion length, flange type and size rating, tube design, process connection, sensor and connection method. Optionally, a WIKA transmitter can be installed on the TC10-F connection head.
