■Product description
Monoblocks are specially designed to fit into the small spaces of control panels and valve batteries. Due to their extremely compact dimensions, monoblocks can be used in a wide range of applications and offer high overpressure safety over a wide temperature range. The modular monoblock design allows ball and needle valves to be placed in the same valve body.
For applications using liquid or dirty media, ball valves are recommended due to their straight internal bores that can be easily cleaned. The valve seat design and redundant seals in the valve body ensure high durability and tightness. If the soft valve seat fails, the metal-to-metal seat allows the valve to be manipulated and set to a safe position. The tightness of the connections between process and measuring equipment and to the atmosphere is guaranteed.
Super-finished machining of internal parts allows for extremely smooth and precise operation, even under high pressure and after long periods without valve operation. The surface finish also minimizes corrosion from corrosive media and facilitates cleaning.
