About This Product

■Product description

HPBV high pressure ball valves with floating ball design are developed for high pressure applications. The valve's blowout-proof design ensures safe operation, especially in applications with high pressure loads and frequent pressure cycling. The valve seat gland nut can be retightened, increasing the service life of the valve. PEEK valve seats have excellent resistance to chemicals, heat, and wear. The valve can be fully opened/closed with just 1/4 turn. HPBV ball valves, together with associated accessories, provide the performance demanded by the market. The valve design and high-quality sealing material ensure long-term operation and high airtightness. Upon request, WIKA can assemble valves, pressure measuring devices and other accessories to provide ready-to-install solutions. Perform additional leak tests while connected to ensure overall system functionality.

・Maximum safety is ensured by valve stem and ball blowout features ・Special valve design enables low torque operation and long life. ・Minimum pressure loss due to straight through flow path ・Supports bidirectional flow -Nominal pressure 10,000 psi [689 bar], 15,000 psi [1,034 bar] or 20,000 psi [1,379 bar] (depending on connection size)

・Process industry: oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical industry, power generation, water/wastewater industry ・For liquid media (water, hydraulic oil, etc.) in high pressure applications ・Test bench (hydraulic parts, etc.) ・High pressure control panel ・Wellhead control panels (WHCPs) and hydraulic power units (HPUs)
