Industrial Equipment's SCN clamp nuts have excellent locking power and perform reliably even in the face of obstacles such as vibration. In addition, the simple structure allows for fine adjustment, so it can be installed according to the application.

■High precision function with excellent locking force

SCN clamp nuts consist of one element, symmetrical around the center of rotation. The inner groove is divided into the nut tightening part and the adjustment part, and a single groove is machined on the outer periphery, so it has effective elasticity in the axial direction. Also, depending on the nut size, 3 to 6 hexagon socket head bolts are installed at equal intervals on the pitch circle. By tightening this bolt, the tightening and adjusting parts of the nut are brought closer together in the axial direction, allowing the play in the thread flank between the nut and the spindle to be adjusted or removed. (There is a hole for a hook spanner on the outer circumference of the nut, and a hole for a pin spanner on the front.)
