About This Product

■Summary

This software allows you to arbitrarily set the arc tooth trace (radius), so you can freely set the tooth trace from a tooth trace close to that of a spur gear to a small curvature (there are restrictions on the tooth width). It also has the ability to generate not only circular arcs but also V-shaped tooth trace tooth profiles. Furthermore, it has tooth profile modification and tooth trace modification functions, so it is possible to achieve meshing (tooth contact) in the center of the tooth width. After setting the gear specifications in the software, the front mesh diagram, slip ratio graph, and mesh graph will be displayed, and the tooth profile will be generated by inputting tooth trace, tooth profile/tooth trace modification (no modification is also possible). You can check the meshing contact line in the tooth profile rendering. The generated tooth profile can be output as a DXF or 3D-IGES file, so it can be easily processed using a machining center.
