"Automatic panel processing equipment" is a device that can automatically mark, drill, and cut resin panels. By reading the barcode pasted on the resin panel, it is possible to graphically display pre-registered products and processing data on the monitor.
Everything from positioning the panel to transporting it to the processing robot, changing tools, and discharging the panel is done automatically. The same tool can process everything from round holes to square holes in a series of operations, and the grinder used to cut the outside of the panel can also be changed automatically.
Furthermore, since machining is performed while covered by a dust collection cover, scattering of chips is also reduced.
