About This Product

■Since it is airless, no compressed air work is required. It does not damage the paper tube or bobbin, so it can be reused and is environmentally friendly.

This product is a device that can automatically cut and remove thread remaining on paper tubes and bobbins. By automating the process of residual yarn processing, which poses many risks to workers, with our equipment, we have improved work efficiency and taken measures against industrial accidents. By changing the setup of the paper tube chuck head, it is possible to handle paper tubes and bobbins of various sizes.

■Features

・It does not damage the paper tube or bobbin, so it can be reused and is environmentally friendly. ・All-electric design with consideration for worker safety ・Since it is airless, no compressed air work is required. ・Equipped with a retry function for cutting defects to remove any remaining threads. ・High-speed operation of approximately 10 seconds per cycle is possible (remaining thread amount 20 mm or less, for normal thread)
