About This Product
■Installation and use
・If there is a load, use a cylinder with sufficient thrust.
・Please use a heat-resistant or corrosion-resistant type in environments with high temperatures or where rust or corrosion is a problem.
- Take protective measures in dusty locations or locations where water or oil droplets may be present.
・Before installation, perform sufficient flushing to remove dust, dirt, chips, etc. from inside the pipe.
・We recommend air treated with a filter of 40um or less.
- If the temperature is low, take measures to prevent freezing.
- If the cylinder is removed and not used, cap the IN and OUT ports of the product. The cylinder fixed block and cover are non-disassembly structures.

・JIS standard.
・Two types of bearings depending on the application: Ball bushing: Applicable to lifters, pushers, and manufacturing processes that require low friction. Sliding bearing: The lateral load resistance is more than twice that of conventional cylinders (stopper cylinders). Applicable to lateral load resistance.
・Multiple types of installation possible. (Top, side, bottom, T-slot side)
- Convenient sensor switch groove.
