About This Product

Developed jointly with Kyokuto Seisakusho Co., Ltd., a leading manufacturer that boasts high technological capabilities. A new revolutionary product has been released that uses a thin-film anti-corrosion coating called "Delta Protect" on the "14.9" hexagon socket head bolt.
It boasts a tensile strength of 1,400N/mm2 and has survived over 1,000 hours of salt spray resistance. Boasts high rust resistance. Chromium-free non-electrolytic thin film zinc flake coating eliminates the risk of hydrogen embrittlement.

■Features1.Does not cause hydrogen embrittlement
Since no hydrogen is produced during the coating process, there is no risk of hydrogen-induced stress corrosion cracking.
For this product, we do not use normal pickling in the pre-treatment process, but instead use shot blasting.
2. Maintains high rust prevention performance with a thin and uniform coating
Delta Protect's paint itself has low viscosity and high permeability, so it penetrates and coats even the smallest details of hexagonal holes and screw threads. Also, a hexagonal hole is not a problem as it does not easily cause liquid pooling. In addition, the threaded parts are subject to Class 1 gauge (4h) control (sampling inspection).
3. Low drying temperature of paint
The low drying temperature of 180 to 220℃ for the base coat and 180 to 200℃ for the top coat makes it difficult to change the properties of the material for heat-treated products and high-tension steel that do not like reheating.
4.Compliant with environmental regulations
All paints do not contain RoHS6 substances (lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium, PBB, PBDE). We have over 25 years of experience as a chrome-free paint mainly for European automobile manufacturers.

■What is MJ screw?The MJ standard, which exists as an aerospace standard, has a shallower threaded root and a larger root radius than normal standards, which improves fatigue resistance by alleviating the notch effect. .
