About This Product
The nut can be installed by simply press-fitting it onto the printed circuit board. The knurled part has the role of deforming and pushing into the groove without cutting the fibers of the board, so it can be fixed by simply press-fitting it into a PC board, etc.
For installation, there is a pilot part in the pilot hole, so it can be easily press-fitted.
■Installation
Press-fitted using conventional equipment (standard press machine).
1.Drill the specified mounting hole.
(Note) At this time, do not remove any burrs or other base material from the mounting hole on the mounting side, and just press fit.
2. Insert the guide part (pilot part) of the cell board fastener into the installation hole.
3. Press in horizontally with a press.
(Note) Press fit so that there is no gap between the base metal and the base metal when viewed horizontally.
■Reliability
High punching force and rotational torque can be obtained.
・By press-fitting, the knurling part is fixed so as to sink into the mating plate material, and rotational torque and punching force can be obtained.
