About This Product

Designed for easy and quick installation using standard pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical presses. Can be installed with a minimum board thickness of 1.0mm. No deburring or machining is required during installation. Even after processing, there are no protrusions on the surface of the mounting plate, allowing for a clean finish. With a small diameter suitable for space saving, this product meets the needs of users for weight reduction and compactness. If there is a problem with conventional cell spacers, such as not being able to maintain the distance from the edge of the plate, using a small diameter cell spacer will solve one more problem.

■Installation

・Press in until the punch makes contact with the base metal. (After press-fitting, there will be a gap between the plate and the body) *When press-fitting, the base material may warp back. In this case, use a punch to push the board back and press fit until the base material is straight again.

■Reliability

High punching force, rotational torque, and accurate verticality can be obtained. - By press-fitting, the knurling part plastically deforms the mating plate material and fixes the mating material in the groove below the knurling, resulting in high punching force. - The wave-shaped knurling section displaces the mating metal in a wave-like manner, resulting in high rotational torque.
