About This Product
This is a self-fastener made of SUS304 material that can be press-fitted into the mating material SUS304. Since quenching and tempering are not performed, there is no variation in the hardness of the product, and it can be press-fitted with stable strength, so there is no problem with press-fitting depending on the lot. Manufactured from SUS304 material, it has excellent corrosion resistance.
■Installation
・Press in until the punch makes contact with the base metal. (After press-fitting, there will be a gap between the plate and the body)
*When press-fitting, the base material may warp back. In this case, use a punch to push the board back and press fit until the base material is straight again.
■Reliability
High punching force, rotational torque, and accurate verticality can be obtained.
- By press-fitting, the knurling part plastically deforms the mating plate material and fixes the mating material in the groove below the knurling, resulting in high punching force.
- The wave-shaped knurling section displaces the mating metal in a wave-like manner, resulting in high rotational torque.
