About This Product

Filtering large amounts of point cloud data takes a lot of time. If point data can be edited automatically (or semi-automatically), it will lead to a reduction in work time. OPT Cloud Survey has rich filtering functions. You can use the setting tool to group point data and delete unnecessary point data all at once. Since the final product is often a drawing, this function is very important for passing it on to CAD for diagramming. I am having trouble because overhang mesh cannot be created using commercially available 3D point cloud processing software for surveying. I have heard this from many people involved in surveying. I have heard that manually repairing prickly slopes and tunnel walls requires a great deal of effort, and often it is not possible to properly line up the surfaces. OPT Cloud Survey allows you to create an overhang mesh with a single mouse click. If the software you are using does not have this function, you can use OPT Cloud Survey as "dedicated mesh creation software".

■The main formats supported are as follows.

LAS,ASCII,CSV,PTX,OBJ,PLY,STL,DXF3DFACE,SHP,RASTER,DP

■Three types of measurements are possible.

・Single point probe ・Measurement of distance between two points ・Measurement of angle formed by three points

■Label

Labels are displayed as 2D entities.

■Creating a normal vector

You can calculate the normal vector of a point cloud or mesh.
