A contact angle meter is a system that quantitatively evaluates a sample surface by dropping water droplets onto the sample surface and measuring the contact angle of the water. The automatic contact angle meter quantitatively evaluates cleanliness, wettability, and uniformity at the molecular level. At the same time, we will also improve the problem of variations caused by workers. By using a 5-megapixel camera and a mega-pixel lens with adjustable focus, we were able to maintain a fixed measurement distance between the camera and water droplets, which can cause variations.

You can output Excel csv files and save droplet images as png files. Windows PC itself is not included. (Optional)

A dispenser function has been added to the automatic contact angle analysis software SImageAUTO. Dispense volume can be set from 3 to 15μL, and when the Dispense button is pressed, water is automatically dispensed without variation depending on the operator using stepping motor control. The compact and space-saving main body is 120mm wide.
