A contact angle meter quantitatively evaluates the cleanliness, wettability, and uniformity of a surface at the molecular level by measuring the angle of a water droplet. The unique and innovative stand-alone design enables high-quality automatic contact angle measurement with 50 million pixels without the use of a PC or FA camera. Calibration software and calibration targets (optional) support traceable calibration on-site in Japan and overseas.

Contact angle measurement using automatic edge detection quantitatively evaluates cleanliness, hydrophilicity, wettability, and uniformity at the molecular level. It realizes one-touch measurement regardless of operability and skill level, and also improves the problem of measurement variations depending on the operator. Data exchange is easily achieved using Bluetooth, Wi-fi, and USB-TypeC compatible with IoT. Using the basic functions of tablet devices, data can now be easily exchanged over the Internet.

At the same time, we will resolve any problems or variations in measurement results caused by workers. Contact angle measurement and analysis of PAT measurement data is possible on the spot. Since it is battery operated, it can be used anywhere. AUTO MODE (automatic) tangent method measurement, MANUAL MODE (manual) θ/2 method measurement can be selected. Supports sliding contact angle method and forward and backward contact angle measurement. High-quality measurement of M pixels.

■On-site calibration supportCalibration parameters for a contact angle meter include water droplet discharge volume control, focus and XY control using a perfect round sphere or mask pattern, and XY angle control using a gauge. In addition, we have added an angle calibration target (national certification traceable) and software calibration function to enable regular on-site calibration once a year.
