About This Product

An amorphous heat-resistant repair putty that has a maximum operating temperature of 700°C and whose main ingredient is hydrated sodium silicate. Once opened, it can be used as is, and after hardening it becomes hard like stone. Since it is in the form of a high viscosity putty, it can be applied to ceiling surfaces and curved areas.

■Features

・Maximum operating temperature 700℃ ・High viscosity that can be applied to ceiling surfaces and curved areas ・Easy installation with one-component type

■Applications

・Repair of piping and ducts that are exposed to heat ・Repair of heating parts of boilers and stoves ・Crack repair guide: Width 0.5mm or less, length 70mm to 80mm ・Estimated hole filling repair: diameter 10mm or less

■Notes

-Curing time will vary depending on temperature and humidity, but will take approximately 12 to 24 hours. Heating it with heat will speed up the hardening. - Cannot be used on areas that are directly exposed to rain or water. - Even after complete hardening, the surface will soften if exposed to moisture. ・Please stir the whole thing lightly before use. ・If the viscosity is too high to use, please add some water.
