About This Product

■FeaturesWe manufacture "BN" and "TiB2" from powder to sintering and processing. We have 40 HP furnaces and manage the furnaces for each composition. In addition, in the case of conductive BN, resistivity testing is performed on all finished products, so variations in resistivity within the same lot are suppressed.

We thoroughly manage powder, sintering furnaces, and finished product resistivity, so we are able to propose the optimal BN product to suit the user's usage environment.
・By using BN powder with high purity and uniform particle size, the purity of the material is guaranteed and it can be used at high temperatures.
・By adopting hydrostatic pressure molding technology and hot press sintering technology that moves the vertical axis, we are able to provide high-density sintered bodies and extend the life of parts.
・We provide extremely stable materials using manufacturing technology that does not use any sintering aids.

■Typical application example・A crucible in the metal melting process
・Crucibles and shelves for firing phosphor nitride materials, silicon nitride, and aluminum nitride
・Insulators and protection tubes for high temperature furnaces
・Insulator for polycrystalline silicon ingot furnaces
