The special processing applied to the mold used to form the profile of the chamber has high water repellency that prevents ink from adhering, allowing for good fluidity of the ink and ensuring reliable cleaning can be completed in a short time. This allows for quick and thorough cleaning.

■Easy attachment removal

The chamber can be quickly removed when the machine is stopped by pulling out this knob.

BFT Carbon's chamber ON/OFF system is extremely compact and robust, making it easy to install in machines where space is at a premium, such as label printing machines.

■Blade clamp 2Go mechanism

The doctor blade is fastened to the chamber by a locking system using a spring mechanism and by tightening fixing screws at both ends, rather than the conventional bolt fastening, allowing quick and reliable blade replacement even by inexperienced workers.

■Touch 2Go contact pressure mechanism

Equipped with an airbag system, the contact pressure adjustment mechanism maintains uniform contact pressure against the anilox over the entire surface at low pressure, which is an excellent system that reduces wear on the blades and side seals and at the same time reduces damage to the anilox surface. is.

■No corrosion

Aluminum chambers have poor corrosion resistance against water-based inks, etc., so deterioration due to surface corrosion is inevitable over time, but this problem does not occur with BFT carbon chambers, and the initial performance is maintained for many years. .
