■What is CenteiClean application?
IOW centrifugal oil separators MP series (090, 200, 400, and 600) are the only centrifugal oil separators with external monitoring capabilities. Bluetooth-enabled SCU 0003 data can also be accessed remotely, allowing you to set alarm rates, check service requirements, configure and monitor operational status and more from the palm of your hand.
The CentriClean application links to the Bluetooth-enabled SCU 0003 control unit and allows users to connect multiple IOW centrifugal oil separators.
■Setting speed
CentriClean links to the Bluetooth-enabled SCU 0003 control unit, allowing users to connect multiple MP centrifugal oil separators. Use the Set Speed option after cleaning and reassembling the oil separator. This allows the control panel to notify the operator when the oil separator needs cleaning for optimum performance.
■Service requirements
Maintenance of the IOW centrifugal oil separator is very easy and simple. With just a few standard tools, paper and mesh changes, your centrifugal oil separator is ready to be reassembled and operated.
■Operating status
The status of the centrifuge can be monitored at any time without opening the cover assembly. This takes the guesswork out of the process and saves time by allowing operators to see separator uptime and plan cleaning cycles.
■Log data
Operators can collate information using data logging capabilities, allowing critical information to be stored and shared among engineers at the push of a button.
■Link to multiple units
The SCU0003 is designed to allow operators to connect to multiple units within range and view the current status and performance of the centrifuge.
