■ Possible to remove fine particles

Since Magnum is a filter that uses magnets, it can capture fine magnetic particles (submicron: 10μm to 0.07μm) that cannot be removed by filters that use filter paper or mesh such as cartridge filters.

■No clogging

Due to the structure in which the magnet is sandwiched between special plates, the iron powder trapping area does not block the flow path. Therefore, even though it can capture fine particles, it does not cause any clogging. In addition, since it does not cause clogging, there is no pressure drop, and even if the capture capacity reaches its limit, it will not interfere with equipment operation.

■Strong gripping power

Since the magnet is sandwiched between yoke plates to increase the magnetic flux, there is a big difference in the ability to capture iron powder compared to a simple magnet. Conventional magnetic filters can only capture contaminants from liquids close to the magnet, but Magnum efficiently removes iron particles and other particles from liquids.

■Does not leak out again

The captured contaminants are collected in a strong collection area separate from the flow path. A dangerous phenomenon that can occur with ordinary magnetic filters is that the magnetic force weakens as you move away from the magnet (inverse square law: for example, the further you move away from the light source, the darker it becomes). does not occur at all.
