When the viscosity of the material tank increases, a sensor that constantly monitors the viscosity inside the tank reads the viscosity change in real time and immediately transmits the viscosity information to the controller.
When the viscosity increases above the set value, the controller instantly outputs a signal to open the valve, and solvent is injected from the solvent tank through the valve. As a result, the viscosity decreases to below the set value. The controller then outputs a signal to immediately stop the valve, thereby terminating the solvent injection.
