In order to improve this situation, BFT has developed a system that integrates the BFT Carbon Doctor Chamber with a fully automated inking and cleaning device. We will contribute to converters who are aiming to optimize their processes by helping them acquire flexo printing and coating technology that is said to be at the highest level. Of course, there is no problem in using BFT Flexo and BFT Carbon individually, but by integrating these two systems, you can achieve a higher level of production efficiency.
■Features
By automating the inking and subsequent cleaning processes and reliably recovering ink residue, wasteful ink consumption has been halved. Customers who have introduced this system have received high praise for the significant cost reductions it has achieved, and as a result, we are receiving an increasing number of inquiries from OEMs who are considering adopting it as a genuine product.
■Easy operation
All you have to do is touch the screen. Previously, with most inking systems, pump adjustments and cleaning operations were done manually, requiring considerable downtime and assistance from technicians, but with the BFT flexo system, touch screen Everything is processed automatically from start to finish with just a few operations.
■All process operations are standardized and programmed
The operator sets the pump flow rate according to the job instructions, and once the printing process is complete, all subsequent operations such as ink collection, cleaning start, and cycle settings are performed sequentially according to the program.
■The amount of washing water is reduced to about half of the previous amount.
The cleaning cycle algorithm reduces the amount of water required from primary cleaning to rinsing cleaning by about half compared to conventional cleaning.
