About This Product

■Protective device This is a microprocessor type device that quickly and accurately detects failures in power system transmission lines and distribution lines, and quickly isolates faulty sections from healthy systems. This device uses a built-in low-speed reclosing relay to automate system restoration operations after failures and interruptions in transmission lines of 110kV or less, reducing supply disruption time and streamlining operations. Supports up to 10 power transmission lines. ■Overview of operation of this device ・Preparation for reclosing. When the device is in use (43RC switch ``used''), the CB (breaker) is turned on, and after a predetermined period of time, the CB pressure condition is confirmed to be normal, and preparations are completed and the system waits for re-closing. (Pressure conditions are for GCB only) ・Start reclosing. Reclosing start is performed under the following conditions. (1) Relay cutoff after preparations are completed (2) Self-line cutoff due to total outage detection after preparations are completed ・Total stoppage detection. When the 43RC is "in use" and the bus voltage and line voltage both become 80V or less when the CB is "on" and continue for a predetermined period of time, a cutoff command is output to the CB of the own line. ・Reclosing the circuit. If the relay is shut off, the re-closing condition is assumed to have been met after the no-voltage period has passed and the re-closing condition has continued for a predetermined period of time, and a closing command is output to the own circuit, and the relay is reset to execute the re-closing. ・Condition not met. If the input conditions are not satisfied even after a predetermined period of time has elapsed after the device has been started, the conditions will be considered unfulfilled. ■Final cutoff. In the following cases, the system will be shut down as final shutdown and will not start, or will be reset if it is running. ・Relay interruption that is not subject to automatic recovery (including relay operation that is not subject to automatic recovery during reclosing startup) ・Relay cutoff during 43RC “lock” ・Relay cutoff while preparation is not complete ・If the CB does not close even after outputting the closing command ・When the on-premises failure detection device or busbar protection device operates ・If accident continuation isolation and interconnection transformer protection are activated and a complete shutdown occurs ・When CB is turned on by a turn-on command and shut off within a predetermined time ■Sequence reset (cancellation of reclosing circuit). Perform a sequence reset in the following cases. ・Final cutoff ・Condition not met ・Reclosing circuit implementation ・When the circuit breaker is manually closed during the reclosing no-voltage time ・If the breaker becomes “open” in the ready state other than when the protective relay operates ・If 43RC becomes “locked”
