However, even in this modern age where medical care is so advanced, cases of infection due to poor sterilization continue to occur all over the world. Since microorganisms are invisible, clear standards and advanced science are required to know how much sterilization is necessary to ensure safety. Just as advanced knowledge and technology are essential for medical safety, sterilization also requires professionals who have the skills to accurately understand the sterilization mechanism and process it appropriately. The HPSP® sterilization materials provided by Nihon Yu Giken Kogyo were developed to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of professionals in the medical field. Our technology, cultivated over half a century of temperature control know-how, makes us an indispensable partner for safely and reliably performing sterilization operations. ■Chemical indicator label

HPSP®, a chemical indicator for sterilization processes, is available in a variety of products developed using our proprietary technology. Our company is one of the first to introduce CIER (Chemical Indicator Evaluation Tester) that complies with international standards, and is able to provide reliable products through product development, product manufacturing, and quality control. This chemical indicator is indispensable for reliable sterilization work when checking the sterilization conditions of sterilized items.

■Chemical indicator for autoclave (Type5) STeM-5

The sterilization detection card reliably detects whether or not the sterilized object has reached the sterilization conditions, and when the conditions are reached, the color tone of the indicator section will clearly change.The surface of the autoclave card is laminated with a film. There is no need to worry about the indicator sticking to sterilized objects at high temperatures.

■Features

・A lot number is written on each sterilization card. - Since the same design is lined up, you can also use it separately by cutting in the center. - After sterilization, the indicator part changes color from purple to gray or green. - The surface is laminated with a film, so the indicator printing part does not come into direct contact with sterilized objects.
