About This Product

■Summary

During regenerative running, the elevator drive generates electrical energy that must be released to protect the power electronics of the frequency inverter. Ziehl-Abegg offers brake resistors suitable for this. The compact design and wall mounting preparation allows the brake resistor to be optimally placed in shafts or machine rooms. Various sizes support maximum peak currents from 9A to 100A. BR100-Box can be used in installations with high peak currents. This allows up to three BR100-3B brake resistors to be connected in parallel and connected to a ZAdyn4B 110/180 frequency inverter.
