About This Product

■Summary

There are various bus systems in industrial plants. Depending on the sector, these are available on the market to varying degrees. Examples of those found in systems include PROFIBUS and PROFINET. ZIEHL-ABEGG gateways are available for various bus systems so that ECblue fans and ZIEHL-ABEGG frequency inverters can be integrated and integrated into the system. The gateway can automatically address entire groups of connected ECblue fans or frequency inverters in a time-saving and comfortable manner. The gateway is the "MODBUS MASTER" and addresses connected products via a MODBUS connection. ZIEHL-ABEGG offers MODBUS repeaters to amplify MODBUS signals. They are fully electrically isolated and can also automatically address connected subscribers. The perfect customized solution for the most diverse applications: Suitable for production processes and ventilation operations in all conceivable industries.

■Gateway

Connect the MODBUS system to the PROFIBUS system. The gateway acts as a MODBUS master and is controlled via PROFIBUS. Optionally, groups of connected frequency inverters or EC motors and fans can be addressed automatically in a time-saving and comfortable manner. The gateway has a USB interface for bus monitoring via PC/laptop.

- 3 built-in LEDs for status display and error messages. ・Profibus baud rate automatic detection - Two built-in rotary switches for manual address setting.

■NETcon gateway PROFINET-MODBUS

4 built-in LEDs for status display and error messages

■NETcon gateway MODBUS-RTU for MODBUS TCP/IP

・10 built-in LEDs ・RJ45 socket x 9 for MODBUS RTU channel (RS485 channel x 9) ・One RJ45 socket for Ethernet network connection, on the front of the device
