About This Product

■Summary

Ziehl-Abegg clutch-driven fans can be made from a variety of materials, from mild steel to stainless steel. Support plates or troughs are available in square or rectangular shapes, depending on plant specifications. Modular design with adjustable inlet nozzle or as motor impeller without inlet nozzle. The installation depth of the support trough can be freely selected. Inside the fan is a high-performance impeller with backward curved blades. Our clutch-driven fans are ideal for a variety of applications, including painting and extraction systems and drying technology.

・Centrifugal fan equipped with spiral housing, single-side suction type, integrally cast bearing ・Rugged industrial specifications with unique compact construction combined with high-efficiency components ・Maximum supply medium temperature: 500°C ・Maximum instantaneous motor output: 710kW

■Characteristics and characteristics

・Block bearing ・Coupling ・Shaft sealing system ・Up to 400kW Step 1 after June 2015 ・Up to 500kW Step 2 after January 2016 ・Step 3 maximum 710kW as of June 2016 ・Specifications of 100 to 200 mm are insulated. ・Maximum temperature: 350°C after June 2015 ・Maximum temperature: 500°C as of January 2016 ・Static pressure is up to 40,000pa ・Volume flow rate up to 500,000m³/h
