About This Product

■Summary

Many times certified, Ziehl-Abegg process air fans are manufactured from painted sheet steel or stainless steel. Their functionality is ensured with the world's most modern test equipment. This is why our process air fans are always the best for everyday use. For the air conditioning industry, as well as paint shops, chemical engineering and many other air supply and exhaust systems, applications requiring explosion-proof specifications, Ziehl-Abegg's ATEX fans are suitable for zones 1, 2, and up to 21, 22. Ideal for reliability and maximum safety.

■Product specifications

・Case/built-in ATEX blower. Manufactured according to ATEX 2014/34/EU and tested for use in zones 1 and 2 as well as 21/22. ・Petroleum and petrochemical industry ・Plant/manufacturing system engineering ・Ignition protection type for special Ex motors ・De: Pressure-resistant encapsulation specification ・The housing withstands the explosion pressure and prevents the explosion from being transmitted to the outside. ・E: Improved safety - Prevents sparks and arcs from internal or external parts. ・nA: Non-sparkling type equipment - Will not ignite the surrounding explosive atmosphere during normal operation and under specified normal operating conditions. ・TD: Protection by housing ・Limitations on maximum surface temperature and restrictions on dust ingress.

・Surface coating: conductive -Special sealing variations for isolating different zones. From double shaft seals to carbon labyrinth seals including barrier gas connections. ・Various specifications for zones 1 and 2 or 21/22 ・Explosion Group IIa, IIb, hydrogen blower
