About This Product

■Summary

Bees use honeycomb structures to store honey and raise their larvae. We aim to take advantage of the lightweight hexagonal design of ZApilot and use less composite materials to conserve the earth's resources. ZAflow once again took advantage of the advantages of the honeycomb structure. These have been tuned to provide the best conduction properties while minimizing airflow. ZAflow improves air flow to the impeller and reduces noise levels in confined installation environments.

■Product specifications

Centrifugal fans respond significantly more to disturbances in the suction side incoming air than to disturbances on the already turbulent pressure side. This is where ZAflow comes in to improve the flow to the impeller. As a result, noise levels and overall acoustic values ​​can be reduced even in confined installation environments. Experience has shown that the total noise level of a typical ventilation system can easily be improved to between 3 and 6 dB. If you see no improvement after using ZAflow, this indicates that the fan installation is good enough for your application and using ZAflow is not necessary. However, if you end up benefiting from using ZAflow, ZAflow is easy to assemble and handle, making it a simple and quick solution for optimizing your system.
