About This Product

■Summary

ZAsilo combines years of agricultural expertise with German quality. The result is a 30% energy savings compared to a 2-pole AC standard fan, without compromising the grain storage silo's ventilation performance. ZAsilo is designed for extreme conditions, combining a high-performance motor with a fully balanced impeller in a pest- and corrosion-resistant housing. ZAsilo offers complete control with ramp-up capability and requires virtually no starting current, making it ideal for single-phase power supplies. Thanks to its lightweight and compact structure, it can be easily installed by one person.

■Product specifications

Speed-controlled fan system for proper ventilation of grain in silos, suitable for long-term storage in various silo systems. Adequate ventilation of ensiled grain is essential to dry, cool and preserve stored grain and reduce the risk of germination and insect attack. ZAsilo fan systems with welded and coated spiral housings consist of high-performance composite Cpro impellers in sizes 250 to 400 mm integrated into ECblue motors. Volumetric flow rate is up to 10,000m³/h, free blowing, and static pressure rise up to 2,600Pa. The availability of a rain/sunroof and the ability to combine suction protection devices makes ZAsilo ideal for direct outdoor use in silos.

■Characteristics and characteristics

- Highly stable spiral housing made of sheet steel, optimized for the impeller, welded and weather-resistant coated. - Impeller with rotating diffuser for maximum efficiency and appropriate acoustic characteristics. Special three-dimensional blade shape reduces rotational noise. - The combination of spiral housing, rain/sunroof, and anti-suction device is designed for direct outdoor use. ZAsilo can be safely used in outdoor areas with optional equipment to protect the electronic unit from animals.
