About This Product

■Summary

Demand for high-end air handling units equipped with cutting-edge technology is increasing worldwide to maximize system efficiency. The innovative HR module was developed directly to meet these highest demands. The optimal combination of the highly efficient ZAbluefin-ECblue with IE5 and the aerodynamically sophisticated HR module design provides the highest system efficiency for demanding high-end applications. The innovative HR module as a premium product completes the ZAbluefin ECblue series in terms of aerodynamic performance, acoustics and efficiency.

■Product specifications

The versatile and highly efficient HR module is equipped with a self-propelled impeller from the ZAbluefin series and has a bionic optimized design with a diffuser effect that sets new standards in system efficiency. The HR module is available in combination with impeller sizes 315 to 560 and the latest ECblue motor technology in IE5. The second generation of ECblue comes standard with Modbus and ZAbluegalaxy functionality. HR modules always have a measuring device for volume flow measurement. Air flow rates of up to 19,000m3/h or pressure rises of up to 2,200Pa are possible. A highly efficient HR module with horizontal and vertical airflow, and powder-coated surface protection for optimal hygiene.

■Characteristics and characteristics

High efficiency HR modules are designed with an aerodynamic housing similar to a diffuser effect. Innovative design with four-sided housing openings is designed to optimize airflow and convert dynamic pressure to static pressure. It is also designed to reduce turbulence. This has the advantage that, unlike traditional fans, the HR module has only a small impact on the efficiency when installed. These premium products have a high quality plastic coating to ensure standard use in sensitive sanitary applications and pools.
