About This Product

■Summary

Very lightweight, very stable, very durable and very efficient. High-performance Cpro impellers with diameters from 250 to 630 mm are suitable for all challenges, such as high operating temperatures, special sanitary requirements or other air conditioning applications. ZAmid®, a high-performance composite material developed using the latest science and technology, is significantly lighter than steel impellers and even more durable. ZAmid® opens new possibilities regarding system operating time, ensures low power consumption and leads to significant reductions in noise values. Simply put, the ZAmid® Cpro impeller is a wonder in the world of fluid technology with its three-dimensional blade geometry.

■Product specifications

Self-propelled impeller Cpro made of high-performance composite material ZAmid with 7 backward-grooved blades, sizes 250-630 mm. Volumetric flow rate is up to 30,000m³/h, free blowing, and static pressure rise up to 2,500Pa. Version with hub and inlet nozzle, equipped with measuring device for volume flow measurement. GR module with horizontal and vertical airflow for compact installation in customer applications/devices. ER plug fans can be installed, for example, in central air conditioning systems with horizontal airflow to prevent vibrations.

■Characteristics and characteristics

Impeller with rotary diffuser without blades for maximum efficiency and suitable acoustic properties. Special three-dimensional blade shape reduces rotational noise. The high-quality plastic material allows it to be used in a wide temperature range from -35 to +80°C and has high chemical resistance. With the fire-certified ZAmid, specifications according to DIN EN 45545-2 can be provided.
