■Swimming goggles

Traditionally, the band part was made of rubber and was hard. By using Erneston, it is about 30% softer and now fits softly to the face without being too tight. In addition, by integrally molding it with the PC resin of the lens, a stylish design is now possible.

■Pen grip

Conventional pens had a problem with the grip absorbing sebum and causing it to come off. The adoption of <Ernestone> has solved the problem of the grip coming off, and has made it possible to develop even more gorgeous colors. Additionally, since it can be integrally molded with PC or ABS resin, the molding process can be simplified.

■Can be heat fused to PC, ABS, etc.

Can be heat fused and bonded with highly polar resins such as PC and ABS. It also supports two-color molding and insert molding, which cannot be done with vulcanized rubber. It has flexibility that urethane (TPU) and polyester elastomer (TPC) do not have.
