About This Product

ProtoMAX can cut almost any material, including aluminum, titanium, stone, carbon fiber, and composites. Its compact body and comprehensive versatility make it an ideal model for prototyping, educational applications, or as a storage facility in large factories. System requirements

■Installation environment

・ProtoMAX is intended for indoor use. Install on a hard, void-free, non-porous, flame-retardant surface. A minimum path width of 600mm on all sides of the ProtoMAX is recommended for operation, maintenance and utility access. The ideal operating environment is less than 95% humidity and an ambient temperature of 10-32°C. 1.ProtoMAX uses clean water so includes a filter near the inlet water connection. If the incoming water is particularly dirty, these filters may require additional water filtration to prevent them from clogging in the short term. 2. Although the drainage volume during water jet cutting is small, we recommend a drain capacity of 4GPM (15 LPM). By doing so, the height of the water in the catcher tank can be adjusted, and the catcher tank can also be emptied without any restrictions on drainage. It can also be used with an optional wastewater filter tank. 3.ProtoMAX input voltage requirements are single phase 230~240VAC, 50/60Hz, 22.3~20.5FLA, short circuit current rating (SCCR) is 5kA. You will also need a dedicated 30A power supply that is properly grounded. ProtoMAX comes with a 10' power cord assembly with an integrated L14-30 plug.
