■What is MOT document management?
This is a cloud document management system that can store all kinds of documents, including contracts, estimates, delivery notes, invoices, receipts, and other documents related to national taxes. It is possible to comply with the electronic bookkeeping method and the invoice system at a low cost of 5,000 yen per month.
Even if you do not have knowledge of difficult legal revisions, you can upload documents to MOT document management and save them in a format compatible with the Electric Book Act and Invoices. Additionally, post-installation support will be provided by phone rather than email.
■Automate fax electronic ledger storage
Manually save received faxes to the MOT document management cloud system in compliance with the Electronic Bookkeeping Act. All fax data such as contracts, estimates, and delivery notes are saved as PDF files and can be searched and viewed at any time by date, subject, etc.
Equipped with an OCR function that automatically inputs received faxes into each field. You can automate the process of receiving and reading faxes, preventing omissions in registration and streamlining work. You can also check fax data on your smartphone. *Fax linking is an optional feature.
■Flow of responding to the invoice system
When you upload an invoice (bill or receipt) to MOT document management, the qualified invoice issuer number is read using OCR and automatically checked against the National Tax Agency's "Qualified Invoice Issuer Publication System." If it is not registered, you will receive an error notification, so there is no need to manually check it.
