About This Product

Features of DC-1000

■Double-headed function

Equipped with two sets of counting heads, it counts two corners of a stack of paper at the same time and compares and checks the results.

■Higher speed

It takes only 75 seconds to count 500 sheets three times (100 seconds with the old model), reducing work time.

■Separation tape can be inserted

In addition to sorting by a fixed number of sheets, you can also sort by random. You can also insert a set number of tapes and stop counting.

■Easy tape loading

Tape loading is automated and easy to load.

■Easy operation with LCD touch panel

Equipped with a sequencer, it has a self-diagnosis function that displays operational errors and abnormalities in the machine itself, enabling stable operation.

■ Equipped with a sheet of paper and a division function

You can exclude the first sheet of paper, etc. Folded papers, booklets, etc. can also be counted.

■Compatible with PC and printer connection (optional)

We can also accommodate a variety of requests such as transfer and display of counting results and other necessary items.

■Air table standard equipment

The air table function of the top table makes it easy to move workpieces on the table.

■Energy saving

Energy-saving drive is achieved by controlling 3 sets of motors with an inverter.
