Features

■Simplification of mechanism

-Used a straight axis motor for the conveyor drive. The mechanism has been simplified, significantly reducing the number of lubrication points and reducing noise. - Changed the band reel brake from a cylinder type to an electromagnetic brake type. Braking power has been improved and the mechanism has been simplified. (Fixed type only)

■Improved work efficiency

- Changed the band reel installation method for the second arch. The space between the wrapping machine and the binding machine has been expanded, improving the workability of attaching and detaching the reel. (Removable type only) ・It is now possible to attach a 5,000M winding band.

■More stable operation

-The band storage area inside the chamber has been made approximately 1.5 times wider than our previous model. This prevents curling when storing the band and makes the band feeding more stable. - Equipped as standard with a device to prevent film breakage during bundling.
