■Hybrid address attachment device APOH-1

It has both online and offline functions, so it can be used in a variety of ways. Supports flexible operations such as loading pre-printed address paper to interrupt online address printing.

■Features

APOH-1 mainly consists of the following equipment. ・Online address printing attachment device part ・Offline address reading attachment device part Online address printing attachment unit

■Online address printing attachment

Based on instructions from the higher-level address controller, addresses are printed in real time, and at the same time, address sheets are automatically attached to the corresponding stacks that are taken out from the counter stacker.

■Address reading attachment while online/offline

While online, offline addresses can be read and attached in the middle of data from the upper level. Reporting results to superiors is processed in the same way as input using the numeric keypad.

■Offline address printing

Pre-printed addresses can be printed according to instructions from the higher-level addressee controller. Print manual addresses, backup addresses, etc.

■Numeric keypad input

There is a built-in numeric keypad (200 buffers) on the touch panel, and you can use the numeric keypad to instruct the CS via APOH-1 to create bundles.

■FD backup

We have prepared a USB backup mode as a measure against LAN failure between the upper destination controller and APOH-1. Offline address reading attachment device section

■Reading medium can be selected

You can select the medium of address information from OCR characters or barcodes.

■Address paper can be refilled while paper is being fed.

Since it is possible to replenish address paper during the process, operations can be performed without interrupting the attachment of address paper. You can also change the order of the address sheets, allowing for flexible operation to suit the situation.

■Improve work efficiency with control information

By writing various control information in the address information, special tasks can be performed efficiently. For example, by writing the route number and standard bundle number information, it is possible to create a fractional bundle for that route, then create a standard bundle for that route, and then move on to creating fractional bundles for the next route. is.
