This device reads the address information by loading the printed address paper into the machine, instructs the counter stacker to the number of copies, and attaches the address paper to the created stack. Features

■Reading medium can be selected

You can select the medium of address information from OCR characters or barcodes.

■Address paper can be refilled while paper is being fed.

Since it is possible to replenish address paper during the process, operations can be performed without interrupting the attachment of address paper. You can also change the order of the address papers, allowing for flexible operation according to the situation.

■Easy to use with touch panel

Various settings can be easily changed by using a touch panel. It also has a numeric keypad function.

■Double check to attach correctly

Since the transfer status of the stacks taken out from the counter stacker is monitored on the conveyor, the relevant address paper is attached accurately. Even if an incorrect transfer occurs, the problem will be detected based on the difference in stack height at the time of attachment.

■Improve work efficiency with control information

By writing various control information in the address information, special tasks can be performed efficiently. For example, by writing the route number and standard bundle quantity information, it is possible to create a fractional bundle for that route, then create a standard bundle for that route, and then move on to creating fractional bundles for the next route. . In addition, it is possible to notify the worker by writing information about inserting or manual work, or to send a signal to the conveyor to transport it to a different route.
