Features
■One cycle 1.8 seconds
Up to 34 ties can be tied in one minute. This is a high-speed packing machine with excellent durability.
■Can be integrated into existing lines
Both models have a height of 340mm from the floor to the work table (432mm with casters), making it easy to integrate into existing lines. At the same time, it is also ideal for packing heavy and tall items.
■Uses easy-to-use 100V household power supply (RQ-8LD)
You can use it anytime, anywhere with a familiar 100V power supply. This is an energy-saving model that automatically stops the motor after 3 minutes of stopping work. A 3-phase 200V specification is also available for the LS type.
■With the LD type, band equipment can be installed with just one touch.
The band can be easily set by simply operating the external lever up and down.
■Refeed (resend function)
Even if the band comes off, it can be returned to its original position by re-feeding, allowing you to start work smoothly.
■ Solved the band blank firing problem
Even if you accidentally fail to apply the band (blank shot), the band will jump out, so there is no need to remove the band.
■If you use the LS type, you can use it anywhere.
Please choose the LD type as you can freely arrange the main body, band reel and pool box.
