About This Product

Uniquely developed stainless steel brake piping provides outstanding responsiveness and high durability.

■All stainless steel pipe spring brake piping

We have independently developed brake piping made entirely of stainless steel with spring performance for automobiles, motorcycles, and aircraft. It is approximately half the weight of conventional rubber piping, and has significantly improved durability. There is almost no expansion of the pipe due to oil pressure fluctuations, and less brake pedal effort is required. We will begin shipping samples for races starting in August, and aim to start mass production in 2017. The current supply capacity is approximately 100 units per day.

■New brake piping aiming for zero expansion rate

The stainless steel mesh hose also expands when you press the pedal, albeit slightly. We developed a hollow stainless steel spring to reduce the expansion rate to zero. The joints are brazed with silver and made into pipes. We have achieved further weight reduction with outstanding responsiveness and durability.

■100% recyclable and environmentally friendly

Until now, rubber tubes were basically discarded. Stainless steel pipe springs are 100% recyclable.

The tensile strength of the pipe is 25 times that of rubber, and it is highly durable, with a lifespan equal to or longer than that of an automobile, so periodic replacement is not necessary. The impact resistance is certified as it is also used in races. It is expected to be used in a wide range of industries, not just brake piping.
