About This Product

■About acrylic nameplateAcrylic nameplates are made of acrylic material with white baking paint on the back side of the transparent plate and engraving on the back side. Back engraving is a method of carving letters in reverse (mirror letters). As the characters are engraved on the back side, the acrylic surface has a clear and beautiful finish, and there is no need to worry about the characters disappearing or peeling off. Since engraved nameplates are processed directly onto acrylic plates, they have the advantage of being inexpensive to manufacture without the cost of original plates, and are used in many industrial machines such as control panels, switchboards, machine tools, and food machinery.

Typefaces (fonts) are basically circular Gothic typefaces in which the edges of the letters and lines form a semicircle because the cutting edge (drill) of the engraving machine rotates to engrave the letters. If you would like a specified font, you can also create it using UV printing or inkjet printing. In addition, we have a laser processing machine that does not have a cutting edge (drill) and irradiates text with a laser beam, so if the nameplate is to be displayed with front engraving, it is possible to produce it in a specified font.
