About This Product

■Stainless steel/polyimide substrate material

A stainless steel/polyimide laminated material with excellent heat resistance and no adhesive. Our unique polyimide formulation technology provides high adhesive strength, and the matching coefficient of thermal expansion provides excellent flatness of the base material. This material is suitable for sheet heating elements such as polyimide heaters.

■Stainless steel/polyimide substrate material composition example

・Layer name (polyimide), type (polyimide made in-house), typical thickness (5-25μm) ・Layer name (stainless steel), type (SUS304), typical thickness (15/18/20/30/50μm)

■Features of stainless steel/polyimide substrate materials

・5% thermogravimetric reduction temperature: 534℃ ・Stainless steel/polyimide adhesive strength: 2.4kN/m
