About This Product

■Sylodyn®

Anti-vibration materials that meet strict requirements Sylodyn® is used for anti-vibration measures on short and long-distance sections of railways, as well as for blocking footsteps on floors and stairs, mounting on buildings and machinery, and for suppressing sound between walls, floors and ceilings. Also used for blocking etc. Sylodyn® is a closed cell elastomer that does not absorb moisture. Compared to Sylomer®, the dynamic properties of this material are better. Five Sylodyn® types and three Sylodyn® HRB HS types are available as standard mounts. Special requirements can be accommodated by adjusting the material properties.

■Sleeper case bottom elastic pad

Slab track systems are required to have sufficient elasticity to enable the load-sharing effect of the rails. For example, Sonneville's LVT system (low vibration track system) has a slab track with a single block of sleepers and a rubber sole using Getzner's Sylodyn® sleeper case bottom elastic pad. It has been. The use of sleeper blocks with elastic mounts allows for the reduction of airborne sound. Getzner offers elastic bottom pads of various hardnesses to meet a wide range of needs. This system is especially used in various tunnel sections.
