About This Product

■Sylodyn®

Anti-vibration materials that meet strict requirements Sylodyn® is used for anti-vibration measures on short and long-distance sections of railways, as well as for blocking footsteps on floors and stairs, mounting on buildings and machinery, and for suppressing sound between walls, floors and ceilings. Also used for blocking etc. Sylodyn® is a closed cell elastomer that does not absorb moisture. Compared to Sylomer®, the dynamic properties of this material are better. Five Sylodyn® types and three Sylodyn® HRB HS types are available as standard mounts. Special requirements can be accommodated by adjusting the material properties.

■Elastic support for floating floors for railway vehicles

Getzner offers vibration mitigation solutions for railway vehicles. Resilient support for floating vehicle floors using polyurethane vibration damping materials such as Sylomer® and Sylodyn® significantly reduces vibrations and the generation of secondary airborne sound. I will. Reducing vibrations in train cabins not only improves ride comfort for passengers and crew, but also helps protect vehicle joints, electronic equipment, and sanitary equipment. Sylomer® FR is an anti-vibration material developed for floating floors in railway vehicles and has passed the highest fire protection requirements (hazard level 3) according to DIN EN 45545-2.
