About This Product

■Sylodyn®

Anti-vibration materials that meet strict requirements Sylodyn® is used for anti-vibration measures on short and long-distance sections of railways, as well as for blocking footsteps on floors and stairs, mounting on buildings and machinery, and for suppressing sound between walls, floors and ceilings. Also used for blocking etc. Sylodyn® is a closed cell elastomer that does not absorb moisture. Compared to Sylomer®, the dynamic properties of this material are better. Five Sylodyn® types and three Sylodyn® HRB HS types are available as standard mounts. Special requirements can be accommodated by adjusting the material properties.

・High dynamic load resistance ・Allowable surface pressure: 0.075N/mm2 to 1.5N/mm2 for standard type, up to 12 N/mm2 for special type ・Maximum load 24 N/mm2 ・Very small amplitude dependence ・Small creep tendency ・Bending stiffness (Cdyn/Cstat) 1.15 to 1.40 ・Excellent long-term behavior ・Excellent fatigue strength ・Detailed product configuration (8 standard types) for optimal system design ・Characteristics can be adjusted according to customer needs

■High elastic mount

Getzner's high-modulus mounts isolate building vibrations extremely efficiently, even under high load conditions. To effectively protect buildings from vibrations, many foundation components must be constructed with resilient mounts using Sylodyn® HRB HS. Getzner's special elastic materials are ideal for structures where high loads are applied to a very small area, such as piles, support column ends, steel structures or heavy machinery. Our elastic materials provide elasticity in the smallest area while complying with all construction standards.
