About This Product

■Sylomer®

Sylomer® has a reputation as an excellent material in the field of vibration and noise control. It is possible to reduce vibration and noise generated in railway sections, and to significantly reduce maintenance costs. Even living spaces that suffer from vibrations can be transformed into comfortable spaces by using Sylomer®. Sylomer® is available in 10 different types as standard products. Special order Sylomer® FR (flame retardant) is also available. We can also respond to special needs by adjusting material properties.

・Combination of spring and damper characteristics ・Multi-functional polyurethane material with excellent elasticity ・Mixed cell type pore structure

■Sleeper pad

Sleeper pads help prevent vibration, reduce ballast deterioration, and improve track stability. It can be introduced in high-speed running sections, high axle load sections, and when repairing or renovating existing main lines. Getzner sleeper pads are integrated into the concrete during sleeper manufacturing. Therefore, no pad installation work is required at the installation site.

■Sleeper pad tested according to EN 16730

Getzner tests important sleeper pad types according to EN 16730. Getzner conducted various tests on its extensive in-house test equipment. Meets all specifications set out in both European and International Railway Standards.
